MCI Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. [Investment Fund Company] (TFI) manages the Funds linked to the MCI Group
The objective of TFI is to increase the value of Fund assets. TFI seeks to achieve the investment objective primarily by means of acquiring and taking up shares and stocks in non-public companies.
Main criteria for investment selection:
macroeconomic analysis, market trend and economic growth assessment as well as investment risk analysis at national and industry level;
fundamental analysis as a basis for company valuation and portfolio selection, in particular analysis of historical
legal and tax assessment of companies and their environment with a view to identifying and reducing the investment risks involved;
TFI seeks to become involved in investments with exceptionally high growth prospects over the next 3–7 years.
The supervisory body for MCI Capital TFI’s activities is the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The Investment Fund Company was established in 2007 by means of a KNF decision.
