As part of a trip to the USA dedicated to meetings with financial institutions, and participation in the #PolandCanDoNation conference during the Polish Business Days in New York organized by PZU and BCG, Tomasz Czechowicz met with students at Harvard Business School (HBS).
During the evening meeting with MBA students at HBS, topics related to challenges faced by technology funds investing in emerging markets, Europe macroeconomic position and competition from the US and China, and selected examples of digital champions from emerging markets, were all discussed.
In the course of the meeting Tomasz discussed both the 20-year history of MCI and the route to the position of a leading technology fund in the region, as well as plans for the coming years.
The meeting was organized in cooperation with the Central & Eastern European Club of HBS. It was also attended by students from other US universities (e.g. Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
