The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on June 20, 2008 MCI Fund Management SpĂłłka z ograniczonÄ odpowiedzialnoĹciÄ MCI.PrivateVentures SKA submitted a request for C investment certificates connected with MCI.TechVentures 1.0 which is a subfund of MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ fund managed by MCI Capital TFI SA. MCI Fund Management SpĂłłka z ograniczonÄ odpowiedzialnoĹciÄ MCI.PrivateVentures SKA made payment for C investment certificates connected with subfund MCI.TechVentures 1.0 by contributing the following financial instruments:
1) 650,000 shares in One-2-One SA valued at PLN 2,522,000 that is PLN 3.88 per share. The contributed shares represent 9.92% of the share capital of One-2-One SA.
2) 51% shares in Geewa s.r.o. representing the value of the contribution to the share capital of the company in the amount of KÄ 80,000 valued at PLN 2,324,295. The value of the contributed shares recognized in the accounts books is PLN 2,324,295. The contributed shares represent over 20% of the share capital of Geewa s.r.o. and they are considered assets of significant value.
3) 33.33% shares in Nostromo ICT s.r.o. representing the value of the contribution to the share capital of the company in the amount of KÄ 132,000 valued at PLN 597,707 . The value of the contributed shares recognized in the accounts books is PLN 1,559,436.80. The contributed shares represent over 20% of the share capital of Nostromo ICT s.r.o. and they are considered assets of significant value.
4) 47% shares in Retail Info s.r.o. representing the value of the contribution to the share capital of the company in the amount of KÄ 71,000 valued at PLN 2,438,687. The value of the contributed shares recognized in the accounts books is PLN 1,578,739.05. The contributed shares represent over 20% of the share capital of Retail Info s.r.o. and they are considered assets of significant value.
The payments for C investment certificates of MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ are the next stage of transfer of MCI Management SA financial assets to MCI.TechVentures 1.0 and MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 investment subfunds whose completion is scheduled by the end of September 2008.
