Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

In reference to the Current Report no. 24/2010 from June 24, 2010 the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (MCI) informs that by the resolution no. 01/01/VII/2010 from July 1, 2010 it divided in total 27,450 bonds with the total amount of PLN 27,450,000.00 (twenty seven million four hundred fifty thousand.)

The other parameters of the issue of bonds have not changed in comparison to the Current Report no. 24/2010 from June 24, 2010.
