Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (MCI) hereby informs that with the consent of the Supervisory Board of MCI granted in the resolution no. 05/01/06/2010 from June 8, 2010, on the basis of the resolution of the Management Board of MCI no. 01/02/VI/2010 from June 16, 2010 and the resolution of the Management Board of MCI no. 01/04/VI/2010 from June 23, 2010 the Company will issue 50,000 ordinary bearer bonds of the total nominal value of PLN 50,000,000 in the dematerialized form. July 1, 2010 shall be the day of issue of the bonds.
