In October, two new PE professionals, previously associated with the Waterland Private Equity Investments Fund, joined the MCI investment team.
Dominik Czajewski has over 20 years of valid business experience, half of which in finance, investments and M&As. He has extensive operational experience gained working for the largest companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For the last 6 years he was director, that co-managed the Warsaw office of Waterland Private Equity Investments.
Dominik Czajewski was given the position of Partner at MCI. He holds an MBA from the University of West London, and completed PhD studies at the Faculty of Economics at Warsaw School of Economics.
He will focus on the portfolio management and development of the MCI.EuroVentures Fund, with particular emphasis on the sectors of: food, pharmacy, health and beauty, leisure, logistics and BPO.
Dominik Sypniewski also joins the team, as Investment Manager. Dominik has 8 years of experience in the area of investments and M&As, gained while working at Waterland Private Equity and as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Deutsche Bank in London. Previously, he also worked at A.T. Kearney.
