Under the wings of MCI Capital, the company specializing in customer communication tools is to be transformed into a meticulously organized business. Rather than viewing generative AI as a threat, the company plans to harness its potential – as highlighted by Marcel Zatoński from Puls Biznesu in his story about Focus Telecom.
“MCI knows this company very well and has decided to intensify its engagement substantially. We are embarking on a new chapter in Focus Telecom’s history – transitioning from a conventional ‘founder’ venture to a structure focused on sales and customer orientation, with meticulously organized processes, a streamlined commercial engine and recurring revenues” – explains Daniel Szcześniewski, the newly appointed CEO of Focus Telecom, following the transaction.
MCI introduced the manager to Focus Telecom alongside Piotr Sieluk, who became the Head of the Supervisory Board. They both had prior experience working for the fund at Atman, a prominent player in the data center industry. Atman (previously known as ATM) is so far the most successful investment in MCI’s history.
