Michał Staszkiewicz joins MCI Group. He will take the position of Vice-President of Private Equity Managers S.A. and join the MCI Capital TFI team. Previously, he worked for Franklin Templeton.
Effective early April, Michał Staszkiewicz will join the management boards of MCI Capital TFI and Private Equity Managers S.A. His responsibilities will include leading the fundraising team and contacts with Private Banking distribution network.

Before joining MCI Group, Michał Staszkiewicz managed the distribution and marketing of Franklin Templeton Group’s funds in Poland and in the Baltic states, Russia and Romania, where he was responsible for supporting distributors, particularly banks, in operations related to sales. During his 12 years of working for the Franklin Templeton Group, he managed to build market relationships and a fund distribution network to secure the leadership of FTI Group in Poland in the foreign funds category. In 2016, he co coordinated the launch of Templeton Asset Management (Poland) Towarzystwa Funduszy Inwestycyjnych and was appointed a member of the company’s management board.
Michał Staszkiewicz developed a number of market initiatives related to financial communication among private bankers and wealth managers. These initiatives have helped to raise the investment awareness of Poles.
From 2002 to 2006, he headed the sales department at Pioneer Pekao Investment Management, and he was responsible for relations with distributors at Poland’s first investment fund company, Pioneer Pekao TFI.
Michał Staszkiewicz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, and from the Warsaw School of Management and Marketing with a master’s degree. He holds the Claritas Investment Certificate No 2206 issued by the CFA Institute.
