The Polish company RemoteMyApp – cloud gaming provider of the technology thanks to which millions of players around the world have access to their favorite games anytime and anywhere, went into the hands of a global giant. The startup from Szczecin, which cooperates with international corporations, will become the property of Intel Corporation.
– The fact that the global concern has decided to make this investment and, additionally, it is its first such venture in Poland, gives us great satisfaction – says Tomasz Czechowicz in an interview with Business Insider Polska.
– The COVID-19 pandemic had a positive impact on the gaming market, allowing it to grow within a year for which the market would need 2-3 years, he adds.
In his opinion, however, the return to post-COVID normality does not mean that the demand for games will drop.
