“The net profit in 2021 is mainly due to the profit on investment in the amount of PLN 374 million. These results were most influenced by the result of the MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 subfund (MCI.EV) in the amount of PLN 311.4 million, increased by the positive result of the MCI.TechVentures 1.0 subfund (MCI.TV) in the amount of PLN 61.5 million. This exit led to the automatic redemption of MCI.TV investment certificates and therefore payments to investors in the amount of PLN 68 million, we can read in the letter.
“In 2021, we have managed to complete two new investments so far. The first in the form of a recapitalization with MidEuropa fund by MCI.EV into Pigu (PLN 98 million) in the first quarter of 2021.
