The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 28, 2011, the Company received a resignation from the participation in the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. as of March 28, 2011 submitted by Roman Cisek – member of the Management Board of the Company. The reason of Roman Cisek’s resignation was his assumption of the position of an Investment Partner managing newly established investment fund in MCI group in the real estate sector – MCI.ImmoVentures FIZ.

The Management Board of MCI as well as the Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Roman Cisek for his work in the Management Board of MCI and wish him a lot of success in carrying out new tasks within MCI group.

Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board MCI Management S.A. at its meeting on March 28, 2011 appointed Magdalena Pasecka Member of the Management Board of the Company. Magdalena Pasecka joined MCI team in September 2010 assuming the position of Senior Director and is responsible among others for the project of separation of a managing company – MCI Partners S.A. As of her appointment to the Management Board of the Company she also assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer of MCI Management S.A.

Magdalena Pasecka does not conduct any operations competitive for MCI Management S.A.; she is not a partner in any partnerships competitive for MCI Management S.A.; she is not a member in any governing bodies of capital companies or any other legal persons competitive for MCI Management S.A. and she is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register operated on the basis of the National Court Register Act KRS.

The following is information regarding Magdalena Pasecka’s education, qualifications and previously held positions with description of the course of her professional work so far:

Magdalena Pasecka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Department of Finance and Banking; she completed ACCA post-graduate studies as well as in the scope of qualifications of a Registered Auditor. She gained her professional experience holding the position of Financial Controller in Innova Capital – Private Equity fund and in KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. auditing company. At present she is also a Member of the Management Board of MCI Partners S.A., Member of the Management Board of MCI Asset Management Sp. z o.o. and President of the Management Board of ABCD Management Sp. z o.o.
