The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that the following entities participated in the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on January 27, 2009 in Wrocław:
• âCzechowicz Venturesâ sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, with 12 522 577 votes at the General Assembly which represent 67.90% votes at the General Assembly and 28.01% in the total number of votes,
• ARKA BZ WBK Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty with 3,030,000 votes at the General Assembly which represent 16.43% votes at the General Assembly and 6.78% in the total number of votes,
• ARKA BZ WBK ZrĂłwnoważony Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty with 2,036,000 votes at the General Assembly which represent 11.04% votes at the General Assembly and 4.55% in the total number of votes.
