The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 24, 2011 it received notifications submitted according to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments by Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board, Konrad Sitnik – Vice-President of the Management Board, Beata Stelmach – Vice-President of the Management Board, Roman Cisek – Member of the Management Board and Sylwester Janik – Member of the Management Board.
