Legal basis: Art. 160 subpar. 4 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments.

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on February 18, 2008 it received notification in accordance with Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments from the person who has access to confidential information about transaction of purchase of the shares of MCI Management SA.

Description of the transaction:
1. Obligated person: Member of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA – person with access to confidential information
2. Indication of financial instrument and its issuer: shares of MCI Management SA
3. Kind and method of transaction: purchase – out-of-session trade, stock options program
4. Date and place of transaction: February 12, 2008, Poznań
5. Price and volume: 4,398 (four thousand three hundred ninety eight) shares at PLN 1.15 per share
