Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 1 pt. 1 of RO and § 7 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on October 19, 2007 MCI Fund Management SpĂłłka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością MCI.PrivateVentures SpĂłłka Komandytowo-Akcyjna was formed. MCI Management SA, as a shareholder paying PLN 50 thousand in cash took up 50.000 bearer shares in the company at the nominal price that is PLN 1.00. Furthermore, MCI Fund Management Sp. z o.o., as the general partner soon shall bring to the company its cash contribution in the amount of PLN 50 thousand.
The formation of MCI Fund Management SpĂłłka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością MCI.PrivateVentures SpĂłłka Komandytowo-Akcyjna is part of the process of creating a closed-end investment fund MCI.PrivateVentures (see details in the current report no. 47/2007) and moving the assets from MCI portfolio to it. MCI Fund Management Sp. z o.o. – a company owned in 100% by MCI Management SA – shall be the general partner in the newly created company.
This is a long-term investment. The purchased assets represent over 20% of the share capital of MCI Fund Management SpĂłłka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością MCI.PrivateVentures SpĂłłka Komandytowo-Akcyjna and are considered assets of significant value.
