Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on November 2, 2011, it received the following information about adoption by the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of the resolution from November 2, 2011 on admission and introduction of ordinary bearer S, T2, U1, V and W shares of MCI MANAGEMENT S.A. to trading on the WSE main market:

The Exchange Management Board states that in compliance with § 19 subpar. 1 and 2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules the following ordinary bearer shares of MCI MANAGEMENT S.A. with the face value of PLN 1 (one) per share are admitted to exchange trading on the main market:
1) 4 597 250 (four million five hundred ninety seven thousand two hundred fifty) S shares,
2) 3 254 913 (three million two hundred fifty four thousand nine hundred thirteen) T2 shares,
3) 10 432 (ten thousand four hundred thirty two) U1 shares.
4) 40 500 (forty thousand five hundred) V shares,
5) 310 723 (three hundred ten thousand seven hundred twenty three) W shares.
§ 2
On the basis of § 38 subpar. 1 and 3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board decides to introduce as of November 7, 2011 the shares of MCI MANAGEMENT S.A. referred to in § 1, by way of an ordinary procedure, to exchange trading on the main market, provided these shares are registered on November 7, 2011 and assigned with the code: PLMCIMG00012 by the National Depository for Securities”.

The resolution comes into effect on the day when it is adopted.”

Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that today it received a Message of Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities from November 3, 2011 about registration on November 7, 2011 of the shares referred to in the above-mentioned resolution of the Exchange Management Board and marked with the code: PLMCIMG00012. The Message is attached to this report.
