Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 1 pt. 4 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management informs that on September 12, 2007 it received the consent of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to conduct a concentration consisting in taking over the control of ABC Data Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw by MCI Management SA with its registered office in Wrocław.
The consent is one of the conditions precedent of the provisional agreement signed between MCI Management SA and ACTEBIS Holding GmbH concluded on April 13, 2007 regarding the purchase of a block of 80% of the shares in ABC Data Sp. z o.o. as well as – indirectly -shares in Actebis Computer A/S in Denmark, Actebis Computer A/S in Norway, Actebis Computer AB in Sweden, Actebis Computer s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and ABC Data s.r.o. in Slovakia. The Management Board of MCI Management SA informed about the agreement in its current report no. 32/2007 from May 22, 2007.
