Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the on Public Offering in connection with § 5 subpar. 1 pt. 7 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information.
MCI Management S.A. (“MCI”) based in Warsaw hereby informs that it gave its guarantee of liabilities regarding the revolving credit granted to MCI.PrivateVentures Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty based in Warsaw with its separate subfund MCI.TechVentures 1.0. The credit in the amount of PLN 60,000,000 (sixty million) was granted by Alior Bank S.A. based in Warsaw and it can be used for the purposes connected with the investment policy of the fund. The credit was granted on September 28, 2012 for three years.
As a result of the guarantee the Company made a declaration of submission to enforcement on the basis of the bank enforced collection order for up to PLN 120,000,000 (one hundred twenty million).
The guarantee was given for the period of repayment of liabilities arising from the granted credit with submission to the bank collection enforcement for the period of two years after the termination of the agreement. The fee due to MCI in connection with the guarantee was agreed to the amount of 1% annually of the value of the guarantee.
MCI.PrivateVentures Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, with its separate subfund MCI.TechVentures 1.0., is managed by MCI Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., whose about 87.43% certificates are owned, indirectly through MCI Fund Management Sp. z o. o. MCI. PrivateVentures SpĂłłka komandytowo – akcyjna, by MCI.
