Legal basis: § 43 RRM

The Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on September 28, 2004 it received a decision of the Board of the National Depository for Securities which, pursuant to the Resolution No. 433/04 from September 27, 2004 and on the basis of § 40 subpar. 2 and § 2 subpar. 1,4 of the Rules of the National Depository for Securities, decided to accept to the National Depository for Securities 1 670 (one thousand six hundred seventy) MCI Management SA convertible bonds Class A of the nominal value of 6,000 PLN (six thousand zlotys) each and assign them with code PLMCIMG00053.
The Resolution of the Board of the National Depository for Securities comes into effect as of the day it is adopted.

Furthermore, the Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on September 28, 2004 two applications were submitted:

– for introduction of 1 670 bearer bonds Class A convertible into MCI Management SA ordinary bearer shares Class F into regular trading on the primary market of the bonds on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

– for introduction as a result of assimilation in the National Depository for Securities of 1 670 000 MCI Management SA ordinary bearer shares Class F issued for the convertible bonds Class A into regular trading on the primary market of the shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
