RB nr 63/2008

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on October 22, 2008 it received the decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna Commercial Division 6 of the National Court Register from October 22, 2008 about registration of 3,200,000 L shares (MCI informed about their issue in its current report 53/2008.) After registering the L shares the share capital of MCI is PLN 44,657,000 and it is divided into 44,657,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per one share. These shares give 44,657,000 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA.
