Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 21 and 22 as well as § 27 and § 28 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on October 21, 2008 the Supervisory Board of the company made a substitution of the persons holding the positions of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Waldemar Sielski resigned from the position of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the company. By the decision of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA Mr. Hubert Janiszewski was appointed the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and consequently he was dismissed from the position of Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Waldemar Sielski was appointed the new Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
The exchange of the positions of the members of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA described above was caused by the change of the person (being at the same time member of the Supervisory Board of MCI) directly supervising ABC Data Holding SA – the biggest investment in the history of MCI so far.
