Subject: Issue of ordinary F bonds

Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information and
§ 5 subpar. 1 pt. 11 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (hereinafter “Company”) informs that with the consent of the Supervisory Board of the Company granted by the resolution no. 1 from March 17, 2011 the Company shall issue up to 75,000 ordinary bearer bonds with the total maximum nominal value of PLN 75,000,000 issued in a dematerialized form.
April 1, 2011 shall be the day of issue of the bonds. Prior to the day of subscription for the bonds, the Management Board of the Company shall agree the final terms and conditions of their issue by resolution of the Management Board. After agreeing the final terms and conditions of the issue of the bonds, the Company shall inform of that in its current report.
