Legal basis: § 5 subpar 1 pt. 12 RRM and § 18 RRM

The Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on September 15, 2004 it received from CCS SA information about the registration as of July 27, 2004 of on increase of the share capital of the company by 267,615 PLN (5 634 shares). The share capital of CCS SA after the registration is 2,963,905 PLN, and the overall number of shares 62 398.
MCI Management SA took up all shares within this increase of capital. The nominal price of 1 share was 47.50 PLN and the issue price 355.00 PLN (see details in Current Report No. 49/2004).
After the registration of the share capital of CCS SA MCI Management SA holds 40 549 shares accounting for 64.98% of the share capital and the same amount of votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders.
