Legal basis: Art. 70 pt. 3 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following shareholders who hold over 5% of the votes at the General Assembly participated in the session of the Extraordinary General Assembly on August 23, 2007 in Wrocław:
• Czechowicz Ventures sp. z o.o., holding 16,119,197 votes at the General Assembly, representing 83% of the votes at the General Assembly and representing 41.04% of the total number of votes,
• ARKA BZ WBK Otwarty Fundusz Inwestycyjny Akcji, with its registered office in Poznan, holding 1,800,000 votes at the General Assembly, representing 9.27% of the votes at the General Assembly and representing 4.58% of the total number of votes,
• ARKA BZ WBK Otwarty Fundusz Inwestycyjny ZrĂłwnoważony, with its registered office in Poznan, holding 1,500,000 votes at the General Assembly, representing 7.24% of the votes at the General Assembly and representing 3.82% of the total number of votes.
