Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 point 2 of the Act Public Offering

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on December 9th, 2009 has received the decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna Commercial Division 6 of the National Court Register from December 2nd, 2009 about registration of 1.817.977 P shares (MCI informed about their issue in the MCI current report no. 53/2009.)

After registering the P shares the share capital of MCI is PLN 47,313,249 and it is divided into 47,313,249 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per one share.

These shares give 47,313,249 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA.
