The Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on September 10, 2004 it adopted a Resolution on the level of interest of bonds convertible into MCI Management SA shares.
The bonus due from the bonds was established at 3.5% (say: three and a half percent) which means the annual interest of the bonds shall be according to the variable interest rate of WIBOR6M + 3.5%.
