The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that the following entities participated in the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on November 24, 2009 in Wrocław:

• “ImmoVentures” sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, with 15.166.427 votes at the General Assembly which represent 99,93% votes at the General Assembly and 33,34% in the total number of votes.
