The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following entities participated in the session of the Ordinary General Assembly on September 25, 2008 in Wrocław:

1. “Czechowicz Ventures” sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, holding 15,667,493 votes at the General Assembly representing 79.26% votes at the General Assembly and 37.79% of the total number of votes,
2. ARKA BZ WBK Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, holding 2,000,000 votes at the General Assembly representing 10.12% votes at the General Assembly and 4.82% of the total number of votes,
3. ARKA BZ WBK ZrĂłwnoważony Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, holding 2,100,000 votes at the General Assembly, representing 10.62% votes at the General Assembly and 5.06% of the total number of votes.
