The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on January 30, 2006 according to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading it received information of transactions made in 2005 on securities of MCI Management SA by Mr. Andrzej Jasieniecki, holding the position of Procurator in MCI Management SA.

March 11, 2005 – purchase of 2 060 pieces of MCI Management SA shares at 2.39 PLN/share. Place of transaction: the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Type of transaction: regulated market, ordinary trading session transaction.
March 23, 2005 – sale of 3 000 pieces of MCI Management SA shares at 2.21 PLN/share. Place of transaction: the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Type of transaction: regulated market, ordinary trading session transaction.
March 23, 2005 – sale of 240 pieces of MCI Management SA shares at 2.22 PLN/share. Place of transaction: the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Type of transaction: regulated market, ordinary trading session transaction.
March 31, 2005 – sale of 1 850 pieces of MCI Management SA shares at 2.25 PLN/share. Place of transaction: the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Type of transaction: regulated market, ordinary trading session transaction.
