Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on September 30th, 2009 had accepted resignation of Andrzej Lis from the position of proxy in MCI Management S.A.

At the same time, by the resolution from September 30th, 2009, the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. appointed Marek Wencki as proxy.

Marek Wencki has graduated from University of Economics In Wrocław and post-diploma studies Higher School of Social Psychology (SWPS) In the field of management psychology. He held specialist and management roles in international companies abroad (Electrolux, Syngenta) and In shared service centers In Poland (HP, GE).
In 2008-2009 he held role of Branch Manager of GE Money Services Sp. z o.o.
In July 2009 he has joined MCI Management SA as Operations Director (COO).
Marek had participated in trainings in the field of management, negotiations as well as finance, HR and management psychology.

Marek Wencki does not conduct operations which are competitive to the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as partner in a civil law company, registered partnership or member of a governing body of a capital company nor does he participate in any other legal person as member of its governing body. Mr Marek Wencki is not entered on the register of insolvent debtor referred to in Art. 55 of the Act on the National Court Register.
