The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following entity took part in the session of the Extraordinary General Assembly on September 6, 2011 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding at the General Assembly 17 846 393 shares, representing 28.62% of the share capital that give the right to 17 846 393 votes at the EGA, representing 28.62% of the total votes and 95.74% votes present at the General Assembly.
