The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on December 21, 2010 it received resignations of Mr. Waldemar Sielski (Vice Chairperson of the Supervisory Board) and Dariusz Adamiuk (Member of the Supervisory Board) from their memberships in the Supervisory Board of the Company. The resignations were submitted effective as of December 21, 2010. The resignations were justified by the agreed and expected intent to participate in the Supervisory Board of MCI Partners S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw (company dependent in 100% on the Issuer).
Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on December 21, 2010 it received a decision of the shareholder – Immoventures Sp. z o.o. – made on the basis of § 26 subpar. 2 pt. a) of the Statutes of MCI Management S.A. on appointment as of December 21, 2010 of Professor Marek GĂłra to the Supervisory Board of MCI Management S.A.
The newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board does not conduct operations which are competitive to MCI Management S.A.; he is not a partner in civil law companies or partnerships which are competitive to MCI Management S.A.; he is not a member of the governing bodies of capital companies or any other legal persons which are competitive to MCI Management S.A. and he is not on the list of the Register of Insolvent Debtors held on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.
Information regarding education, qualifications and positions held earlier with description of the course of professional work of the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board:
Marek GĂłra is a professor at Warsaw School of Economics where he teaches macroeconomics, retirement economics, work economics and economic policy (earlier also econometrics and forecasting). He worked at Erasmus University Rotterdam, London School of Economics, ifo Economic Research Institute in Munich. He is a Research Fellow at William Davidson Institute (Michigan), IZA (Bonn) and Netspar (Tilburg). Marek GĂłra is an author of numerous publications in the field of retirement economics, work economics, unemployment and work market policies. He is a member of Polish and international organizations for economists. He worked at OECD (DELSA). He is a co-author of the draft of the new Polish retirement system and a leader of the team of reformers. He participated in works on reforms of the retirement systems in other countries.
