Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act from July 29, 2005 on Public Offer, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Report:

The Management Board informs that due to the fact that as of August 1, 2011 the Company entered into the restricted period referred to in Art. 159 subpar. 2 of Act from July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, the Company suspends as of August 1, 2011 the buy back of its own shares under its Buy Back Program.
