The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs that on August 14, 2012, the Company received the resignation as of August 15, 2012 from the participation in the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. submitted by Konrad Sitnik – Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation of Konrad Sitnik was justified by changing his personal and professional plans.
