Legal basis: Art. 70 pt. 3 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following persons participated in the session of the Ordinary General Assembly on June 25, 2007 in Wrocław:
1. Czechowicz Ventures sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, holding 1,6119,197 votes at the General Assembly, representing 85.06% at the General Assembly and representing 41.04% of the total number of votes, the only shareholder of over 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Assembly.
2. ARKA BZ WBK Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, with its registered office in Poznan, holding 1,500,000 votes at the General Assembly, representing 7.92% at the General Assembly and representing 3.82% of the total number of votes, the only shareholder of over 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Assembly.
3. ARKA BZ WBK ZrĂłwnoważony Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, with its registered office in Poznan, holding 1,000,000 votes at the General Assembly, representing 5.28% at the General Assembly and representing 2.55% of the total number of votes, the only shareholder of over 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Assembly.
