Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Public Offering – confidential information

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on November 25, 2010 the Supreme Court in its decision taken in open session restrained from granting the answer asked by the Court of Appeals in Wrocław in the case brought by MCI Management SA against the State Treasury, about which the Company informed in its Current Report no. 30/2010 from August 6, 2010. The reason of such a position was the irreparable defects in the decision of the Court of Appeals in Wrocław which included the question referred to above (lack of signatures of all three members of the adjudicating panel.) The Company shall keep the public informed on further developments of the case in question.
