Legal basis: § 5 subpar.1 pt. 31 RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that pursuant to the resolution from February 1, 2005 appointed two new procurators:
1. Mr. Andrzej Jasieniecki – MCI Investment Manager
2. Mr. Roman Cisek – MCI Financial Controller

The following are the CVs of the new procurators:

Andrzej Jasieniecki
MCI Management S.A. MCI Investment Manager

Andrzej Jasieniecki is a graduate of Poznan University of Economics and the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management. During his studies he took some professional trainings and had some work placements in the capital market institutions.
Since June 2002 with MCI Management S.A. Group, first as Investment Analyst, and since January 2004 as Investment Manager. From October 2002 to July 2004 held also the position of Financial Director in S4E S.A., a portfolio company of the Fund.

Andrzej Jasieniecki does not conduct any activities competitive for MCI and he is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register.

Roman Cisek
MCI Management S.A. Financial Controller

Roman Cisek is a graduate of Wroclaw University of Economics. Since October 2004 he has been participating in ACCA Professional Scheme program.
From October 1999 to January 2003 he held the position of Controlling Specialist in PROFES Education and Consulting Center.
Since February 2003 with MCI Management S.A. Group, first as Financial Analyst and since January 2004 as Financial Controller. From July 2003 to September 2004 held also the position of Financial Controller in Travelplanet.pl S.A., a portfolio company of the Fund.

Roman Cisek does not conduct any activities competitive for MCI and he is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register.

Furthermore, Mr. Tomasz Czuczos – previous Financial Director and procurator of the company assumed on January 1, 2005 the position of MCI Director Investment responsible for the supervision over selected companies in the investment portfolio and he realizes new investments of the fund.

This decision is the result of the development of the fund and the portfolio companies. In the years 2005-2006 the fund is going to significantly increase the dynamics of new investments and expand the investment portfolio.
