Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 1, pt. 1 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on May 16, 2007 the Fund took up 300,000 new shares of MCI Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA with the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each and their total nominal value of PLN 300,000.00. In total after the increase the purchased shares account for 23.08% of the share capital of MCI Capital TFI SA. After the purchase of new issue shares MCI Management S.A. holds in total 1.300.000 shares of MCI Capital TFI SA which corresponds to 100.00% of the share capital of the Company.
The need to increase the capital is connected with the process of registration of Towarzystwo before the Financial Supervision Commission about which MCI informed in its Current Report No. 3/2007.
The stake of purchased shares corresponds to over 20% of the share capital of MCI Capital TFI SA and is considered asset of significant value.
