Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that today the Company received the resolution of the Supervisory Board no. 01/02/06/2010/obieg from June 24, 2010 adopted as a circular on election of the appointment of the certified auditor to conduct the half-annual inspection as well as annual audit of the financial statements of MCI Management S.A. for 2010 and conduct the half-annual inspection as well as annual audit of the consolidated financial statements of MCI Management S.A. Capital Group for 2010, which states as follows:

On the basis of the request of the Management Board of the Company from June 21, 2010 and the positive recommendation of the Audit Committee the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań certified auditor (auditor of the Company) to conduct the half-annual inspection as well as annual audit of the financial statements of MCI Management S.A. for 2010 and conduct the half-annual inspection as well as annual audit of the consolidated financial statements of MCI Management S.A. Capital Group for 2010.

The Supervisory Board has adopted that resolution in compliance with § 15 subpar. 2 pt. h) of the Statutes of the Company.

Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań at pl. Wiosny LudĂłw 2 (61 831) is an entity certified to audit the financial statements listed on the National Council of Statutory Auditors under number 238. The Issuer has not used the services of the appointed entity earlier in the scope of audit and inspection of the financial statements; in 2008 the Issuer used the advisory services provided by Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Sp. z o.o. (at that time under the business name of HLB Frąckowiak i wspĂłlnicy Sp. z o.o.)
