Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 1. pt. 7 RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby gives the information received from Czechowicz Ventures Sp. z o.o. (a company dependant on Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board of MCI) that:
– on July 14, 2005 the company purchased 500 000 shares of MCI at the price of 2.50 PLN each in a block trade conducted off-session with the settlement date on July 15, 2005,
– on July 15, 2005 the company purchased 273 595 shares of MCI at the price of 2.45 PLN each in an ordinary session transaction with the settlement day on July 20, 2005.

Furthermore, Czechowicz Ventures informed about conducting a purchase transaction on July 15, 2005 of 33 918 allotment certificates of Travelplanet.pl at the price of 20.70 PLN each in an ordinary session transaction with the settlement day on July 20, 2005.
