Legal basis: § 5 subpar.1 pt. 22 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on the basis of the resolution from July 3, 2006 it appointed new procurators:
Mr. Maciej Kowalczyk who works in the position of Investment Director responsible for the preparation of new investments and running projects of Travelplanet.pl and Telecommedia;
and
Mr. Ondrej Bartos who in the position of Investment Director responsible for the preparation of new investments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as the supervision over Retail Info Ltd.

The following are the CV’s of new procurators:

Maciej Kowalczyk
Investment Director of MCI Management S.A.

Maciej Kowalczyk
Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, degree in Management and Marketing, post-graduate studies for financial managers at Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management; training in Management of Corporate Finances certified by International Education Society at the Institute of Business Development in Serock. In the years 1999-2001 worked in KPMG – an international consulting company as analyst in the department of Corporate Finance. In 2001 started to work for MCI Management SA as investment manager. From November 2002 to June 2006 investment manager in AIB WBK Fund Management.
Maciej Kowalczyk does not conduct any other operations competitive for MCI and is not on the listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.

Ondrej Bartos
Investment Director of MCI Management S.A.

Graduate the faculty of Finances and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. Member of a lot of advisory boards and industrial associations, often speaks at national and international conferences, publishes articles in the press. In 1996 he started his first company Credo International, accounting and economic advisory services company focused on small- to medium-sized companies. In 1998 he co-founded a software development company Acron Communications which he together with his partners sold in 2003 to a company Gitus Ltd. In 1998 Ondrej got enthusiastic about the concept of Venture Capital as a financing tool for growing companies, and started to explore the VC world. In 1998 and 1999 he organized major VC conferences in the Czech Republic, sponsored and supported by the CVCA and EVCA. Since 1999 he has been building First Tuesday Czech Republic as a networking platform for start-ups and private equity investors, and served as an intermediary between the companies seeking funding and VCs in the Czech Republic.
Ondrej Bartos does not conduct any other operations competitive for MCI and is not on the listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
