The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs that on February 24, 2012, it received the resignation of Mr. Sławomir Lachowski from the membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company. The resignation did not provide its grounds.

§ 5 subpar. 1 pt. 21 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information.
