The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs that the following entity participated in the Ordinary General Assembly (ZWZ) on June 8, 2010 in Wrocław:

– ImmoVentures Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding 20,918,073 shares at the General Assembly ,representing 40.25% of the share capital, giving the right to 20,918,073 votes at ZWZ, representing 40.25% of the total number of votes and 99.82% of the votes present at General Assembly.
