The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that Czechowicz Ventures sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, which holds 15,946,697 votes at the General Assembly which is 100% of the votes at the General Assembly and 42.19% of the total number of votes, the only shareholder who holds over 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Assembly took part in the session of the Ordinary General Assembly on June 27, 2006 in Wrocław.
