Legal basis: Art. 160 subpar. 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (“Company”) informs that on February 14, 2012, it received the corrections of notifications about purchase on December 23, 2012 of shares in MCI Management S.A. by Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., provided to the Issuer in compliance with Art. 160 of the Act:
1. by Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board of the Company
2. by Konrad Sitnik – Vice President of the Management Board of the Company
3. by Wojciech Marcińczyk – Proxy of the Company
The corrected notifications are attached to this Report.
The original notifications from those persons were subject of Current Report No. 104/2011 of the Company from December 30, 2011
