Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that today it received the information on the decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register from May 12, 2010 about registration of the increase of the Issuer’s share capital by PLN 4,597,250.00 and about registration of issue of 4,597,250 bearer S shares (the Issuer informed about the issue of S shares in the current report 12/2010.)

After the registration of S shares the share capital of MCI is PLN 51,970,239 and it is divided into 51,970,239 shares of their nominal value of PLN 1 per share.

These shares give 51,970,239 votes at the General Assembly of MCI Management S.A.
