Legal basis:
Art. § 38 subpar. 1 pt. 10) of the Directive of the Minister of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of non-member states in connection with Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2) of the Act on Public Offering Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.

Report:
In reference to the current report no. 44/2011 from August 17, 2011, the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (“Company”) informs that on February 10, 2012, the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the claim brought by Anna Hejka in which she demanded that the resolution no. 01/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 04/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 05/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 07/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 08/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 19/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 20/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 21/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 22/ZWZ/2011 be invalidated; or that the resolution no. 04/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 07/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 08/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 19/ZWZ/2011, resolution no. 20/ZWZ/2011 be canceled.
