Legal basis:
§ 5 subpar. 8 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of non-member states in connection with Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

MCI Management S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on January 27, 2012, the Company received information that on December 29, 2011, Ms. Anna Hejka submitted to the competent court an application to summon the Company to a conciliation hearing. The object of the claim is the amount of PLN 30,000,000 of remuneration due for work under contract concluded between the Company and Anna Hejka as well as compensation for incorrect performance of the concluded contract which additionally shows the features of tort.

In the opinion of the Company the claim which is brought is completely groundless and it is not confirmed by the actual or legal relations between the parties.
