Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information and § 38 subpar. 1 pt. 2b of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on May 11, 2011, it agreed the new unified text of the Statutes of the Company, including the amendments of § 7 subpar. 1 of the Statutes which result from the following: (i) submitted declarations of the holders of convertible bonds on conversion of the bonds into J shares, which also causes an increase in the share capital of the Company and new issues of shares; (ii) conversion of S shares and T2 shares into bearer shares conducted by the Management Board at the request of the shareholder. Furthermore, the new unified text of the Statutes includes the amendments which will be made after the court registration by the National Court Registry of the new issues of V, W and U1 shares. The new unified text of the Statutes MCI Management S.A. will be used in the registration procedure by the National Court Registry.
