The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 28, 2007 the fund took up 900 shares of the nominal value of PLN 50.00 in NaviExpert sp. z o.o. MCI paid for the purchased shares PLN 450 thousand that is PLN 500.00 per one share. The purchased shares correspond to 47.37% in the share capital of the company.
The transaction was made in connection with the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the investment agreement from Oct. 27, 2006 and is the realization of the 1st round of financing of the company.
NaviExpert sp. z o.o. offers a system operating on most available cellular telephones with the use of which the user may use the satellite navigation on-line. This means that the user downloading a given map or route always gets its most updated version. The maps are being constantly updated by the system operator as well as by the users themselves who acting within a kind of community can use the function of updating selected information in the system. The distinctive feature of Naviexpert system among other similar systems available in the market is its on-line operations. Thanks to this feature the customer using the system has always access to the most updated version of road maps and the route selected by the system takes into account the repairs, photo radars and changes in traffic organization.
NaviExpert offers all possible features of traditional GPS satellite navigation systems. It guides the user âdoor to doorâ with the use of precise voice instructions. The system allows for planning the route to the specific address – this way it is possible to get right to the door of about 1,700,000 buildings in Poland or one of almost 60,000 such points as companies, gas stations, ATMs.
Naviexpert issues the application free of charge. The use of the system on-line is possible after subscription.
The purchase assets correspond to over 20% of the share capital of Naviexpert Sp. z o.o. and are considered assets of significant value.
